| Louisville Ironman Triathlon 2011 |
| Members of Derby City Wing Riders, GWRRA Kentucky Chapter A, participated in the Louisville Ironman Triathlon. No, we didn't leap tall buildings in a single bound nor run faster than a speeding bullet... but some of our members did ride Ironman officials and the media on the Ironman course during the contest. To train for this endurance contest we had to do endless hours of practice consisting of lunch and dinner rides accompanied by ice cream runs. (*puff* exhausting *puff*) |
